DSM, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Don MacLean. Before that, Don worked for 16 years for two San Francisco concrete contractors. Don’s expertise in the trade and knowledge of the Bay area is an invaluable combination in addressing local construction issues.

In 2000, Matt MacLean joined DSM, Inc. Matt left his career in architecture to join his father’s business. Matt brings his experience in construction administration and structural engineering, as well as knowledge of accessibility and code issues.
