ENGINEERING

Site survey; design and produce drawings for compliant sidewalk slopes, level landings and accessible curb ramps.

PERMITS

Work closely with the San Francisco Department of Public Works in retrieving the various permits required for doing work in the public right of way. These permits include: Street Improvement; Minor Sidewalk Encroachment; Sewer Excavation; Sidewalk Repair; and Street Space.

DEMOLITION

Saw-cutting; breaking; and haul-off of concrete, asphalt and masonry.

EXCAVATION

Grading; fill; structural and utility trench excavation; shoring; and backfill.

CONCRETE PLACEMENT AND FINISHING

Sidewalks; curbs and gutters; patios; interior slabs; footings; walls; etc.
